Refund policy
Dance Shoes:
We have a 30 day return policy from the day they were shipped to you for a full refund (not including shipping fees), provided they show no signs of wear (marks on the soles or scuffs on the leather).
If you wish to try another size or style, hold onto the current ones you have ordered until the new order has been received and return all that do not fit to save on return delivery costs. Please notify Highland Hub and the return period will be extended.
Consignment Items:
Consignments items may be returned if they have been safely packaged and are in the same condition as received. There is an administration fee for returned consignment items to covered several charges such as credit processing fees, delivery discrepancies and preparation time. The minimum charge is $20 and will increase the longer it takes for the items to be returned.
Please note that sales of all undergarments, tights and socks are final. No returns for credit, exchanges or refunds.
All Items:
The customer is responsible for delivery costs of returning items. Please ensure deliveries can be tracked as Highland Hub is not responsible for returned items not received. Refunds will be made once the item is received back at the Highland Hub.
Highland Hub is not responsible for any customs, duties or other payments for international returns. Should there be any required to be paid by Highland Hub, these payments will be deducted from the refund amount.
